    Ohhh. no wonder Baltimores are so hard to do...the instructions are in invisible ink? (grins). Ummm. The instructions are where?

    I couldn't open it either. It made me download wordperfect 12 trial version to try and open it and then didn't let me open it. Do you have word? Or open office which can read word docs? That might be a better format?
