There is a lot of stabbing in hand quilting those Jane blocks.
We missed you Elle.

Sharon, that sounds like a great plan to get going again...just do 1 at a time :D:

OK Patti, how is the hand quilting going? And are you enjoying it?

sandpat 11-07-2010 05:35 AM

I'm plugging along Lesley! I did 15 blocks this past week, but only did 2 last night (darn that iPod!!- its a time killer):D:) Anyway...I am enjoying doing it. My stitches aren't perfect by any means though. I'm looking at the book and somewhat following what Jane did and I have to say that her stitches were by far not perfect either! The worst part is the due to pp'ing, some of these are so hard to stitch through! My hands aren't thanking me for making this decision..but they'll get over it....

Well done Patti, keep plugging, you are doing great. Even if its only 2 or 3 a night 3 a night gives you a whole row done.
