Nicky,
WOW!! :D I am amazed at how gorgeous your quilt turned out to be. You have done an AWESOME job making it. I also hope you win a ribbon or prize at the quilt shows. You will have to share with us when you are all done. You have been such an inspiration to all of us who have followed through with the House BOM for 2011. I applaud you & thank you for making this turn out to be the best ever!! :D :D :D :D |

Here is a photo of my finished quilt. I waited until the Sonora show so I could get a good photo of it. As it turned out the lighting was not very good so the pic is not great either! But I am so glad this one is finished!

Nicky, I just love your quilt. Every time I look at it I see something different. This time I saw the block with the sunset over water. Beautiful.

KSenn, Love your neighborhood! So creative with all those different ways to use blocks. I like the red border too. Great job. This was such a fun BOM to do. My favorite too, SulaBug (even though I've only done a few).

It's not a great picture, hanging on my drapes with poor lighting, but it gives the idea. I have the bottom border ready to stitch on but, silly me, I need to do the other side first!

What a beautiful quilt, Jeanine. Your interpretation of our 'buildings year' is so unique and fun.
