Like done...and the rest of the good ones slip my mind! I'm now 3/4 done with D&D and watched more closely what I was doing after seeming Honchey's tut and it did turn out a little better. Maybe tomorrow I'll tackle the rest of it and see how EF works for me. With the comments made by those that have completed it, I'm not to excited about jumping into it.

QuiltE, you guessed Deputy Dawg's last name that starts with D. Smile, ggal, its just ONE block out of ninety and it too shall pass. And you will have one more perfect block! So will QuiltE's.

Sorry, you lost a good tree, QuiltE. The people in Creston, Iowa, after the tornado hit there and destroyed their entire home, would say you are a lucky gal. No warning, it just dipped down and back up again. Killed six in OK, and blew on down through Texas to the Gulf at Corpus Christi. Several were injured as it paced through the mid-section of America, but only ones killed was in Ok. One guy had everything destroyed in South Africa, so he came to college in Creston, and had his whole apartment and everything in it destroyed...losing all his things again. That's rough.

QNS, what adorable little chicks, ducks and turkeys! Sometimes I hatch my own but not this year. I usually wind up with too many roosters.

Chicks are coming in the middle of May. Rhode Island Reds & Dark Cornish pullets. All in the photo are turkeys & ducks. If I call "chick, chick" my ducks will line up in row. Every one needs or has a turkey or two; not always a fowl one.:p

GGal + QNSue ... for some strange reason your D's were not THE ones that came to my mind!

QNSue ... it is not one block of 90 ... TWO "D" ones this week. I'm hoping that the ones next week, are gentler to use!

Yes, the tree loss in minor compared to those who have faced tornadic damage. Thankfully, I've never gone thru one ... know too many who have, and thankfully have lived to tell their story. Although, when the winds get up, I oft wonder if this living on the edge of a bush, is such a good idea. So far, so good ... and I've been told many times, that the trees will fall "in" the bush, not out of and onto my house! I hope they continue to be right. And if it's ever a tornado ... I know it has its own mind, as to what it does!

dublb---very nice quilts! Thanks for sharing. Is the 2nd one a QAYG? It looks like a pattern I have made a couple times called the "6-hr Quilt" by Kaye Woods (I think that was her last name).
