Really great block, Dublb. I agree with QNS-like it a lot more than confounded rose. Thanks for explaining how you did the applique; that's something I need to try.

Oh, dublb, your block is just gorgeous!! Love the star. You're very brave to applique. I haven't gotten into that yet.

I am less afraid of applique than I was about these intricate PC blocks.:)
