I didn't even know about the tropical one till I was grown! :confused:
DH didn't like these bushes so I planted the first one in the ally. After they started ta bloom he was surprised. They do seed very easily & we now have some in places that are in the way. I do have some in some of my flower beds. At least I know that these plants will survive this summer if we don't get any rain. (Worst drought in 90 ta a 100 yrs!) |

dublb, that Bird of Paradise blossom is fabulous!!! I didn't know there was a desert variety. I grew the tropical variety in the house for years before it finally bloomed.
