Thanks for sharing your progress, Bev. From afar the stars look like you have center pinwheels in them!

You've been busy, Bev!

Love your colors on the BOM Bev!

I am plugging away on the quilting of my Frolic, I am about 1/2 done. Cannot wait to get this one finished, as I have 15 other things that need quilting. I made great progress on my UFO's last year, and hopefully get more done this year.

Finished making my pieces for Bonnie Hunter's Frolic, from the first kit I ordered from the quilted twins shop in Florida. Now to put it together, if and when I have the time. Other things have had to be done, even have cleaned house! Loved the cat a little more, even though she is getting spoiled. Cut potato starts off the seed potatoes, husband planted them. Company tomorrow to play cards which will be welcomed by us, a fun day! It will just be the four of us, so we are obeying the guidelines of less than 10. I will be happy when the hair salons can open up again, I am sure going to get a lot of hair chopped off for the money I will be spending! And maybe visit a quilt shop or two. Visualizing it.

I ventured out last week to refill Rx's (3 months supply as the norm); bought a few groceries; but purchased 50# of flour like I have done in the past. 9 yo and I are making bread as needed. I have been saving cream off of our daily gallon of milk...had 3 pints that I churned in the blender today--yielded about 3/4 of a #. A couple less items to have to go to the store for. I've started some lettuce, broccoli, and tomato seeds. Now in the middle of sewing masks. Going to send some to a nurse friend and some to kids out east. They can cover the n-95 masks to help keep them cleaner.

Tomorrow supposed to be sunny and warm and hope to get some garden prep work done...too early to plant right now. 11 yo and I have an Easter bunny project I hope to work with her on Tuesday morning. She's barn help tomorrow.

Take care...G

Gosh looks like everyone is working hard! I finished quilting my Frolic and only have to trim and bind.

I got interested in a Mystery Quilt on Laundry Basket Quilts by Edyta Sitar. This is a daily 6 1/2" block. Here is the website if you want to see what is done so far:
https://www.laundrybasketquilts.com/blog/ If you click on the current day Mystery Quilt 2020, Day 10 and scroll to the end she has a chart with the placement of all the blocks so far. Kind of neat! I am so used to Bonnie Hunter's rulers, I hate having to use the 3 7/8" and 2 3/8" figures! LOL I started late, so am just finishing up Clue 6. I had an old Fat Quarter Bundle, so added fabrics to it for this project.

Also, Bonnie is doing a Sew-in-Place Unity Quilt Along. It will be a twin size quilt. She put the colors out today - red, blue, aqua and neutrals. To use up scraps from the previous quilts. Looks like red is the dominate color, then aqua, then blue. Lots of neutrals used! It is a once a week clue starting tomorrow. She just thought this up in the last few days and really jumped on it.

Stay safe everyone!

I laid out my first 'frolic' block, loved it and put it on my vertical wall. Got the second one done yesterday to add to the vertical wall. Since there are 25 of them, it will take awhile to do. Finished my last book yesterday and now need to start reading those I have on my Kindle. Even doing some housekeeping! So happy the virus is staying out of the midwest, its worth the stay at home to avoid the spread of it. Please stay healthy, everyone.

I too am staying home. I am still making Frolic Stars. All the center stars are done & I am working on the half Stars. Since I am working my way out I am feeling happy w/how this is coming along.

MrOK had to make a farm run today, so I tagged along and bought groceries. Found some beef and chicken on sale...since all we have is pork in the freezer the meats called to me. Also bought some fresh produce. Only bought what I would normally buy. Although my state has gotten a "sheltered at home" order most of the folks I know are voluntarily following one.

Avery and I worked on our bunny project after i got home. Now back to mask making.
