Totally amazed and stunned once again by the beauty and variety of the tops you are all posting. All I can say, once again, is WOWSER!

And don't worry about the twist, it is nothing hard, just something I designed. (well, probably somone somewhere has done it before, don't think there is anything really new in quilting!) Just wanted to have this topper a little different.

worry, me worry? YIKES! lol I am sure it will be fine just like the rest of your quilts are :) I think the excitement is in the wondering.. half the fun is guessing what will you do next? love this quilt along :) and off to finish my top now that I am home and on track with the rest of you.. back in a bit to show the end results!

Just a recommendation. Do not try to follow directions and cut the triangles while on oxy. Just saying. DH is going into town to get another chunk of fabric. He is a good man to not ask questions. Lord I got so confused and tried also making sure that each triangle had a bird in it. The good news is, there are plenty of picasso triangles to make another table topper with, and all the triangles have bird butts OR beaks and none are right angles. But he assured me I was very careful and had excellent safety technique. :D

I am worried.....thought at first it might be a border (not a problem) ..... them started thinking about things like prarie points and piped bindings and scalloped (surley not) edges......and now I am sooooo worried, have to remember that PaintMeJudy has always guided us thru and when we look at the result... it is like "wow, did not know I could do that"
so not to worry.

I am still worried

I'm not worried. I have never done on point before and thanks to Judy they've lost there fear factor. Always admire on point quilts because they have so much energy, now I can do them. My only hope is that I can adapt the border to a full size quilt. Diva: Love all your Autumn colors. I have a whole shelf of Autumn colored fabrics, which I love.

I just woke up ! That sleeping car was sooooo relaxing. Now to get caught up with you folks. I do like what I see. It will be just right for my old oak table. Where's the coffee ????????

What a great bunch of toppers that appeared while I was gone. I left on vacation right after the first clue so had done nothing more than pick my fabric. It's a bunch of crazy batiks that for the life of me I can't remember why I bought. I think they're crazy enough that they'll brighten up my table this gloomy winter. Hopefully I can catch up before the last clue. Sarah from UK, I'm glad that someone else is just getting started. We can sneak into the club car and see if there are any leftovers.

So here's mine. ACK! Don't have the 1/4 inch at the edges that I should have! Maybe if I'd had a glass of wine before sewing...? The background is a lovely bluish-green. The photos rarely show correct colors for me.
