Here is my 1st block. Trying to use up fabric I already have, I think this quilting bee will be perfect for that !!

I'm hoping to get my block done over the weekend as I'll be working longer hours for the next couple of weeks for testing new systems in work so I won't get a chance to do it then.

Love this block. I can't make up my mind if I want scrappy or follow a color theme but probably won't get to my block until this weekend. Knowing I have a whole month to get it done it is magic to me for a change in this every rushing world we all live in. And I too will be using nothing but my stash as I joined the moratorium on no buying this year, I will do anything to stick to it. Have fun everyone.

I finished block one. I can't figure out how to post a picture

LOL I guess I did figure out how to post the picture. OK I made the block larger , I want it for the front of an envelope toss pillow cover. However I will make one that is a 10" square. I do have a question--Should we keep the blocks that we make each month colors that all match?
