New Quilting Bee February, 2017
 

Well, we are starting our second month of the New Bee. I'm so glad to see so many join in and enjoy making the blocks. I hope everyone that made January's will also do February's.

The one stipulation is that when you have made your block, you must post a picture in order to be in the next month. The blocks will be 10” finished.

This month's blocks have been chosen by Sauki1 (Angie). I hope you will try them & post pictures. We welcome new participants. Just send me a PM or post on the New Bee, I will see that you want to join in. Here are the two block patterns plus a printable version of how to make 8 HST at a time. Enjoy. :)

I like the pinwheel technique where you sew around 2 squares (right sides together) , cut an X & then assemble pinwheel. NO HSTs.

Thought I'd better post my blocks. Hope ya'all enjoy making these, or one or the other. :)

I love the second block ! The first is cool, too, but I'm a sucker for pinwheels, and this secondary design really has pizzazz.

These look like fun blocks. Where do we find January's blocks?
