Here's my Bonus block and the full set. I took the picture with an approximate 1 inch on the edge of brown and a one inch center strip of the neutral. I'm thinking this is how I will go after we get all the blocks done. Now I've got to figure out how big this is going to make the quilt.

oh wow I love junes blocks, I have fallen way behind, did 3 baby quilts got to baste and quilt the last one , then another wall quilt for a swap and a few blocks, loving it, but this nerve issue in my neck has hampered my work, but I will catch up and get all of the blocks done and pictured, as I love many of them, and gonna make in many colors, batiks, loads of color, animals, sparkles, but need to finish my wall quilt first working on the mermaid today, after I finish my strip blocks, oh the fun

Oh I love the 'new block' blocks, they are so pretty. Glad you liked the choice. Lovngrandma & Cajun, take your time, there'll be a time when you just want something small to work on and you can get caught up.. :) I so appreciate all the quilters that have joined and have shown their blocks, and chatted. There's going to be some beautiful quilts come out of this...I'm thinking of another project we can do after this is finished. Something fun. :thumbup: I haven't seen anything postings from Marlene (quiltmaker123), or Donna (lv2sew2011) lately, I hope both are doing ok. Marlene had had heart surgery, and Donna had been trying to recupe from the fire.. Let's all wish them well.
**There are quite a few that PM'd me to join, but haven't heard and seen any blocks from them...I'm sorry to be blunt, but this Bee is for people that WANT to make blocks and show them, not to just collect blocks and never chat or show your blocks. |
