QuiltE ... great quilts! Particularly fond of Miss Mazel .. both of them. And yes - after having read through "Judging Dairy Cattle" even I can see she's a winner. She has lovely lines, and beautiful udder.

Anael, I can hand applique, but these I do with my sister are done with fusible web. She isn't able to do those kind of things, she has ehler's danlose(?) and fibromyalgia(?) so she shakes like crazy> But she can still cut out the shapes and iron them, I do all the rest for her. I cherish every minute I spend with her, she died on the operatiing table last year and they were able to bring her back, thank GOD. She only lives 50 minutes away. Tried to get my other 2 sisters interested, but they aren't interested, but I can make them all the quilts I want to.

Thanks!! ... As I worked on her, there were a lot of Canadian Olympics watched in the background!

Me-thinks that it's time you do YOUR much-loved pooch!
... and get yourself out of the DogHouse ... Mom! :D

My, what a show of beauty!! Enjoyed them all. This is why we love fabric-it makes the most gorgeous and artistic things!! And when the things are quilts, I'm totally in love!!
Nice cow, too, QuiltE. Not a dairy woman, but can see she is a show winner.

Oh my what gorgeous quilts.Such a range of "personalities" in all them: soft, vibrant, funny, creative. QNS thanks for starting this side thread, I am thoroughly enjoying the show. Love the cow, you are very artistic.

QNS I would love to see your owl quilt. Someone told me about another rooster quilt and I would love to do it, but is out of my price range.

I like it when jillnjo said :when the things are quilts, I'm totally in love. Yes, I love every one of those perfect shared quilts!!

Frusdtratedquilter40, every quilt (of the 20) you shared with us, is a lovely quilt. How many do you make in a year? Looks like you may have been quilting for several years. Yet it leaves me wanting to see more of your quilts; so I will wait until you are ready to show them, and smile at them very happily, that you shared more with us.

Quilte: you found her!! And she has enlarged her fan club a bit more, with more people seeing her in your perfect quilt. A very striking quilt..."wall hanging"...wonderful to see it again.

QuiltE 08-29-2013 03:17 PM

Not to worry ... she is never lost!

Miss Mazel hangs right in my family room, so I see can see both the photo and pieced versions many times a day.
Finished size is 22"x26"

KwiltK ... Thanks, but I'm really not too creative as I started with the photo shown in the 2nd pic, using it as my guide.

YAY!!! what beautiful quilts :D :D :D greatest idea NinaSue!

I dont have any quilt pic really on this computer I would have to look for them. I usually forget to take a pic before they are GONE.
