Yes, How does "The FWS Update Page" sound??? I will post it on Tues day evening...the same as we are doing now. This page will include anything and everything/photos of what we are currently doing to complete our quilts. I will also post a page for "FWS Completed Quilts". I will do this the week after we finish Block 111. Input anyone on any of the above ??
Sounds like great ideas! Now all I have to do is get myself in gear. ;-)

Hello everyone!

I started this quilt with you guys a year ago, I got 15 blocks done and then I quit. It seemed that everyone else had prettier blocks than me and I felt discouraged. I recently discovered a fabulous fabric store and was able to get more fabric in my colors (brown and purple) that I like better than what I had before. If it is okay for my to join now I would like to spend the last two weeks with you. I think I'll just make as many blocks as I can with you and then follow along with the binding and sashing and make whatever size quilt I end up with

And now for my questions...
Is there a post with for those whose finished 100 blocks?

Did any of you add other non-FWS blocks to your quilt?

Which are the really, really hard blocks that I should skip so I can get more done?

Is there still someone making a Christmas FWS? I would see to see how that came out!

Thanks!

Hi Fry, Yes to everything you asked. All the weekly posts are still here...You just have to find and read them. You can still add your photos to the appropriate week. There are others that are still plugging along...you will fit right in with them. I haven't posted a page for the 100 completed blocks. I did for the 25, 50 & 75. There is a page for Block settings & sashing and I will post a page for completed quilts/tops the week after for the last block (111). It's never too late to start. Anne

Fryguy

Here is a link to my FWS lap size Christmas Fabric quilt. It is by Moda - Northwood Botanical.

Last entry on that page. I have almost completed the quilting. Now have to get started on the next half, which has all the blocks done.

That is just beautiful!! Thanks for posting it. I have only 20 blocks done, but I am worried my colors aren't right.

Thanks fryguy! I'm anxious to get it finished, and get going on the next half. Got the cornerstone and sashing for it so can proceed!
