Finally got all my geese done...a set of 4 each for the dragonfly baby quilt. All alike for the girl one & all alike for the boy one. Am still going to do the scrappy one later, but haven't gotten all the blocks done yet. This has been some trainride & lots of fun! Am definately going to join in on Judy's next one too!!!

Very pretty, Vicki. And glad you will join the gang on the next mystery train ride. It will be whole different journey.

Thumbs up

Having a problem with the picture. Between working a full time job and a broken machine I have only been able to follow the train. Would like to think I could join it even at this late date. Hopefully the choice of fabrics, and with any luck tomorrow the second step done. Have loved everyone's work. Good job.

Wow, I did it, not sure of the order of the colors, but here they are, maybe tomorrow's post won't take me as long.

Very nice colors. They should work up well. Glad you haven't given up on this train ride. You'll be able to catch up without any problem.

Here are some pictures now that I figured it out, of quilts that I made to take to England in the fall. The kids picked the colors, so I am not to blame for that, lol. Still don't think purple goes with black, but managed it with the right purple I guess. I had fun with it anyways. I've learned so much from this site.

QuiltE - thanks. This makes Halloween wall quilt number 7, I think. No, we aren't called the Addams Family to my knowledge. Not that it would be a bad thing. People DO come from blocks away to watch me set up my outdoor display, though.
Everose - Thanks. I love the hearse fabric and have it in three variations - the black/multi, the white/multi and black with hot pink cars. Love the look of your black/white/red block.
Sulabug - Thanks. Your block looks wonderful.
yayaquilts - Thanks. I hadn't thought of a table runner. Like this?

JeannieG - nice work. Very pretty.
Whitepine - looks good. The centre star really makes a statement.
SherriR - very nice.
dotcomdtcm - nice to see another way to set the blocks. Looks terrific.
AnngelAnne - those colours will look great.

We all do such nice work.

AnngelAnn, those are beautiful quilts...I love the purple & black one, the backing is just as striking... They should be very proud of them.
