Last Monday I grabbed my vacuum and went through my apartment cleaning the rugs. It began to vibrate and gasp. I set it down to reach over my bed to get something when I smelled the omenous burning of rubber. I knew it! It burned the belt again. I changed the belt and set to work. Again it shook and this time made some funny sounds. Being deaf with distortion in the sounds, this one distorted weirdly. Again came the burning. Ooooooh! I knelt on my knees again, (sigh) and unscrewed the plate. What to my consternation, the brush roll had come apart at one end. And I'm not finished. There goes the rest of the rug dirty as ever. :?

Don't you just hate that!. It really annoys me to have to replace household appliances! Sorry that had to happen. :(

Hate that, i got hardwood floors in all rooms except the bedrooms and they are soooo much easier to clean and take a lot less time....
