You got that storm after we did (Denver, CO) and we got about 10". And it is going to do it again on Wed. then another one is coming for next weekend. Trees were down all over the city which fell on power lines and over 10,000 people were without power for a day or two.

Wow, we got 9" in Manchester, CT. I have these huge 8 or 9 feet tall shrubs fully leaved still and I went out and got as much snow off of them as I could. They were laying down in the yard and the birds have homes in those trees. Lots of broken branches, but a lot of the branches popped back up when I cleaned them off and unstuck them from the snow.

The birds are happily feeding now I filled to feeders and a ground feeder and threw out a bunch of sunflower seeds on top of the snow. They are having a ball.

I hate this crap.
