My husband and I will be married 2 yrs this June! We both had made several bad choices in the past. And I had been divorced many years before meeting him. We decided with how things went in out past, we were going to talk it all out what we expect, etc before we said the "I Do's".
We are very happy, very compatible. And we both feel like this is how things should have been all along.lol

Unfortunately, it is not legal for me to marry the man that I love, yet. We have been together over eight years after meeting at a Halloween party at my brothers house. I can't image life without him and I thank God every day for a man that loves me.

Congratulation to everyone!

Can't you go to Canada and get married? If you had to get an apartment for a few months for residents. You could still have the ceremony even if it isn't legal here. I have friends that moved to Canada just for that reason.
