    Thanks everyone.
Susie, I think you should try crochet. It's easier than knitting and can be quite addictive. Just follow along with a youtube video.

I've made about 15 baby afghans since the lockdown, just picking it up in the evenings while hubby watches TV.

She's a lucky little girl to get such a special gift and glad her and the rest of the family are safe. Best wishes to them on getting a new home!

Such a cute dragon, Sewbiz! I'm so sorry about their house fire! That's tragic, but I'm so relieved everyone is safe and unhurt!

Thank you so much for the well wishes for my family. The dragon made it to their post office, and I had to order it to be held and not delivered. (Did you know they charged you $15 for that?!) Their house, where I sent it to, was boarded up and I had no idea what would happen to it. So I'm hoping my DIL will go pick it up at the post office tomorrow. There are some other knitted and crocheted "friends" I had made for GD which I can recreate. Just not quickly! I'm working on a baby sea turtle now and will start on a new otter afterwards.
