I have always dreamed of moving off grid to a cabin in the woods. It will never happen....dh does not share the dream but hey a girl's gotta dream right? My Fil was given this picture by the company he worked for....it reminds him of growing us in the mountains of WV. He gave it to me this weekend when we were at their house. They're trying to sell and downsize and find something with less upkeep. Fil had cancer a few years back and just has not been the same since. He said he knew that i would enjoy this picture. And oh the hours I will spend dreaming about it! I already have my woodstove in it and my treadle! It will be my escape.....even if it is jsut a picture! Isn't it just beautiful? I was thinking I'd hang it in the den but I may have to find a place in my little sewing area for it so I can enjoy it more!

That is so Beautiful. I share your dream. But my cabin is in Main or Vermont Way in the boondocks where no one can find me.

I hang it where I can see it most. I'll come visit once in awhile. I don't have a cabin but now you do.
