Anyone having trouble with eBay?

No problem with credit card. PayPal is up to date. In fact, I used that cc to open my new account. I am just going to let my old one sit and see what happens next week sometime. I believe I read above that typical lock outs are 7 days. I'll be patient and in the meantime, I'll use my new account. Thanks for the responses.

Update: Got to speak with eBay. Apparently my account washacked. eBay caught the change of email and phone and locked the account immediately. (The hacker couldn't sign in because he didn't have account password or answer to security question). Account should now be up and running again. Yay. Thank you all for your help.
eBay recommended changing ALL passwords for email accounts and PayPal account.
