Default Anyone in Wyoming?

Each student in my grandson's class has been assigned a state to study and learn about. At the end of the school year, they will have a fair with each student presenting reports on their state. My GS has Wyoming. They are also to get recipes if possible and perhaps make one or two of the items etc. In other words - the more they can display the better. Can anyone tell me if there are certain foods that are typical of WY? Customs? Traditions? Any bit of trivia would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

we lived in Riverton, Wyoming. My father and brothers hunted and fished. We had Elk and Venison meat. Also duck, pheasants and we fished for trout in the mountain lakes and streams. Our local lake had crappie fish. My father had an irrigated farm. He raised beans and beets. The growing season was too short to grow corn at that time, but now they have corn which matures before the frost comes. An item of interest might be that when they built Boysen Dam on the Wind River, they had to built a tunnel so the train could go under the water behind the dam. If you go Wikopedia there is information about it.
