JoAnns had patterns for .99. Simplicity. got 2 for aprons and frankly, they were so simple I think you could do them by just laying newspaper out and drawing a pattern. And aprons are making a comeback!

I would check at your fabric store for patterns when they are on sale, there are so many cute ones!

I bought an apron for a pattern ... has a log cabin square for the front/bib aread.

Gathered skirt with ties at the back and around the neck.

I have visions of not just log cabins, but using other quilt blocks to make a wardrobe! ........... someday! :)
