I'm sad, sad, sad. My baby goat Jack that I fed every two hours round the clock for the first 10 days-then went to four hours, six hours, and finally four times a day was dead this morning at 11 weeks old.
He was doing so well. He grew 3 inches in height and four inches in girth. He was eating hay and I had him back with the others to learn how to be a goat (he thought he was a dog or a human) and he was jumping and active and now he is gone. It will not be the same here for awhile.
I even had him potty trained. After the bottle, he would walk to the straw pile to toilet-it was too funny to see.

I'm so sorry for you :(
You gave him a happy life, as short as it was.

That's part of the heart break of farming. Not everything will survive no matter how much you work and try to keep all animals healthy and thriving. I'm sorry he didn't make it.
