Red face Baby lock ellure plus

Hi Quilters.

I am interested in Baby lock Ellure Plus. It is about $1,500 Is this a good price? I saw it on ebay for close to $3,000. I like it because it is a smaller machine and does both embroidery and sewing. You also can take it to class. If anyone has this machine please leave me know how you like it.

Thanks,

sunnydays Kathy

I have an earlier Model of the Ellure and I love it. The newer Ellure Plus is a good machine. It is a good price for that machine.

I have one, have had it for almost 4 yrs....I paid a little less than that for it....is this a newer model? Honestly, I have not bonded with it....it does what it's supposed to do, I guess it's just me....I came from a Viking plus...glad I did not get rid of it, still works fine and because I bought every attachment for it known to man, I use it for " other" than piecing....and also because it had the walking foot attachment, that too. I hesitate to buy "added feet" for BL.......good luck....

I just bought an Esante because I had an Ellageo which I LOVED (but it uses floppy disks and after 15 years I am afraid the drive will go and be irreplaceable). Babylock is a good machine - so I hope my Esante is as good as my Ellageo. I have heard good things about the Ellure, too.

In Utah, that is about the price of a new one. I own the Eseante and the Ellissimo. The Ellure Plus (you want this one so you can use a flash drive. Babylock hasn't made the regular Ellure for years. Babylock makes a great machine. My Eseante is 17 years old and I haven't had any problems with it. Best of luck.
