I found instructions for the tutu online. It's so much nicer than those ones that are strips tied around elastic. Doesn't get knotted and tangled up!

Just beautiful. She will love it! The tutu I made for my DGD lived for about 5 years. She loved it, wore it all over the house, to tea parties with Grandma, as well as grocery shopping, to the movies, and a few times to bed. Glad I reinforced the waist. LOL
