Default Black socks- what to make?

My DH bought brand new socks to replace the ones that kept falling down. The socks he has discarded are in good shape and I thought I could make something out of them. "What he asked?" I don't know I said but someone on the QB will know!
So what can I make with them?

The only thing I know what to do with black socks is singing the girl scout song.
"Black socks, they never get dirty. The longer you wear them, the stronger they get. Sometimes I think I should launder them, something keeps telling me no, no, not yet, not yet, not yet..." Sung in rounds. Ha ha ha.

With my dh's socks, by the time they need to retire, they need to be tossed!

I like a sock for dusting. I pull it on my hand, spray a little pledge on it and go over the furniture.
For a sewing project, you could cut them into sections, zig zag the ends for corn hole bean bags.

I would put some rice in them and sew up the top. You can put them in the mircowave for 1 1/2 minutes and they are great for neck ache or back or knee ache. Use whole grain not minute. All your friends would love you for this.

I use old socks as dust cloths. They fit right over your hand and can be washed almost forever. I also use them to wash the car. As for projects I know nothing.
peace
