dang that makes me hungry! Wonder if anyone would realize I had left the house? Dh told me to stay home this morning since I would be coughing all over the place....hmmmm

Yea, but the migranes from lack of caffine are killing me. =( My goal for 2010 is to take better care of me... It's a SUPER slow process because I've been bad for so long, but I can see a step here and a step there...

I gave up coffee/cappicino (spelling!) Slowly getting rid of processed sugar... (which includes the soda) going back to the gym... reducing stress...

man, its a wonder i could breathe with the crap I was consuming...

=)

I have to have my coffee but down to 2 cups per day...black..........no more cream and sugar. You get used to it. :thumbup:

yah gotta get rid of the soda!!! Anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.... (its insidious....its in your ketchup, your hamburger rolls, your everything..)
Do some reading on that and you may go back to coffee, light and sweet~~~
