Thanks! Coffee is not helping me at all but I'll be fine... I woke up today without a headache... we'll see how long that lasts!

I hear you! that being 'controlled' by a chemical is what me quit smoking years ago...I quit caffeine too..with the withdrawal headache for seven days...It is hard to avoid it alltogehter. I'd have to give up chocolate and I'm just not willing to go there yet ;-)
