Mine is called Yum Yum Cake. It is a yellow cake mix baked per directions. As soon as it comes out of the oven you poke holes in it with a meat fork and pour the juice from a can of crushed pineapple on top and let it cool. The topping is made from a small box of instant vanilla pudding, a cup of milk and beat with mixer until it thickens. Add package of cream cheese (at room temp) and beat until mixed. Add in a small tub of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake. Top that with your well drained crushed pineapple, flaked coconut and chopped walnuts. Store in refrigerator.

Everyone loves this cake. It is great on a hot summer day and it is nice and cool and not too sweet.
