We only have it once a year for DH's birthday (did that just this Saturday yummy). German Chocolate cake from scratch!

carrot cake w/cream cheese frosting, or

chocolate cake with white frosting.

Or heck, just about any cake!! unless it has coconut in or on it.

Rum cake with cream cheese frosting Make it once a year for Christmas. During the year, it is yellow cake mix made with egg whites only, no oil, and chunky cinnamon applesauce. Doesn't rise as much, but is very very good and lo cholesterol; this one ties with oatmeal cake (use leftover oatmeal).
