haven't done calligraphy for 30 some years but picked it up again when I couldn't find a suitable rubber stamp message for a card I made. I'm a passionate quilter but calligraphy has consumed my life the past three days! my fingers are black from leaking pens and I can't stop writing/practicing. Does anyone else share this interest/obsession? Do you know of any forums? thanks.

I haven't done it in quite a few years. My sis got me a calligraphy pen and ink from Italy(It's still in the box). Could you do a search for other sites? I don't know of any. :)

I did it for our wedding invites...that was 16 years ago! I still have the pens, maybe I need to try it again.

I love calligraphy and used to practice at it. I pick up my calligraphy marker and letter with it sometimes when I make a card. I should practice more, because I do not like the way all my letters come out, all the time...

I love calligraphy! I took a quick class on how to do it when I was into scrapbooking. I never did really learn anything at that class. I bought a book to learn from but got busy with other things and forgot. I love pretty handwriting and it drives me crazy that both DDs seem to have taken back after their Daddy and write horribly.
