Default My other hobby

We had a cool front that made working in garage on stained glass bearable. So, I just drew a design and started cutting glass. Haven't worked on glass for a while. Enjoy.

Wow. So beautiful. My other hobby is hand embroidery. When I need a break from quilting, I reach for my embroidery thread and needle.

I also like to do embroidery, knitting, and sewing. Cannot reading a lot. Isn't it nice to have such fun things to do!

That's lovely!
I love to knit, especially this time of year. Cozy with my husband, the cats, the World Series (starts tonight), or a movie. Oh and my knitting!
I also love cross-stitch.

For years in Columbus there was a great quilt shop called The Glass Thimble. The wife had the quilt shop and her husband had a stained glass shop. I miss them!

Your stained glass is beautiful! I knit, crochet. and cross-stitch. I have a grand daughter that just started knitting, and I will see her Thanksgiving. I can give her pointers while the men are doing their thing. I like to see stained glass hanging in windows, and we have a few in the neighborhood that do this. Thank you for sharing.

I love your Stained Glass. You do very good work. As far as other hobbies I knit, crochet, paper craft, and garden. The garden was a bust this year. The season was the pitts. I also can most of my produce. I did no canning this year because of COVID. I did not get to the farmers market at all. So quilting it has been and a lot of stitching I have done. I have made a large number of tops and finished almost 3 quilts. I only have the binding on the 3rd one to finish. I have to go out and clean out the garden for next season yet and the weather is perfect for this right now. Great autumn day for it.

Very pretty. Years ago I gave up lots of other hobbies. Now I only make quilts and donate or give away most of them.

Love our library system. I can search & choose a book - they text when it’s ready for checkout. I try to read a few pages or chapters every day.
