Sounds like another Casey Anthony case to me, only this time, there is proof. I'm happy the Police found them. I'm happy they are alive. I'm happy the fool was arrested, may he spend the rest of his life repenting for his actions.

Casey will. Could it happen again?

My grandpa used to say, "There's a fool born every minute and most of them live"! This story is living proof that grandpa was right! :-(

These people reproduce
and also vote.
Jail time and a fine are not enough
put him in the trunk and throw away the key.

I can't believe people can be so stupid. Especially when you see incidents on the news about children dying because of these imbeciles. Don't they read the paper or watch the news? Even if they didn't, common sense should tell you it's not a good idea.

Several years ago, in mid-July, three small boys under the age of 6, thought it would be fun to "play" in the trunk of an abandoned car which was parked in the back yard of one of their homes. Somehow the trunk lid was closed tight and they did not know there was a release for the trunk in there. Several hours later they were reported missing to the police since no one could find them. NO ONE checked that car trunk! They were found the next day, unfortunately all 3 had died from asphixiation the day before during the heat of the afternoon. Even the police did not check that car until the next day!

Yeah, the gene pool on that one ought to be stopped at the two little ones. Hopefully the mother is more intelligent than the father. Those boys might stand a chance in life.
What a bone head!

well.. my step grand kids were put in the trunk of the car so their mother could pickup her boyfrind from work. the boyfriend who had a record as a pediphile (to police, not anyone else) and could not be within 1000 ft of children.

people like this don't think, that's the problem.

I don't think it said, but I hope the boys were ok.

See, if the results wouldn't/couldn't have been so potentially tragic, this guy is a perfect candidate for a Darwin Award.

The award goes to people, who demonstrate with their actions, that the human gene pool would be better off in the future...if they weren't a part of the mix anymore.

or .."the gene pool could use a little chlorine" !
