She probably had on a bullet proof vest and just passed out from being shot. She won't remember what he said.

Heat Wave and Naked Heat -- both written by "Richard Castle", obviously a pseudonym. In them Castle is portrayed as a character named "Rook", another play on chess words. The books are not as well written as the TV series, but still fun, if you imagine the TV characters as you read. Castle = eye candy.

i love castle, character, actor and show! james patterson, de nnis lehane and what's-his- name the 3rd writer play themselves, and poker with castle. i'm pretty sure they have contributed to the show's story line and the books. they are great mystery writers and it's fun to see them in a "real life" setting. anyone remember the third author's name?
ahhh, michael connelly! if you have time to read (when not quilting) like in the bathtub, they write really suspenseful books.

This is the ABSOLUTE best show ever!
I very sad that Fox in it's infinite wisdom canceled it.
Joss Whedon made a great series.

We got the boxed set when it came out.. and were hooked.
Sadly, we never knew it was on network TV - guess Fox didn't promote it well at all.

Don't forget to see the movie based on the series... "Serenity"
:)

(BTW - I'm still ill with Fox and it's infinite wisdom
that made them cancel The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
It starred Summer Glau aka "River" from FireFly.)

One of my favorites also. So few shows that you can watch with out the vulgar language, sex scenes, etc. Some violence but that I can handle.
