Dear Aaron, you have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your sweet wife, Cathy. I know that she will always be with you & Adrian in your hearts. As has been said before, you are more than welcome to post here at any time, we will always have hugs for you & Adrian.

Cathy has been released and is no longer in pain. Her hell on earth has been replaced by a spiritual journey like no other. You miss her but she's with you all the time. You and your son can talk to her whenever you want. If you should find lights on - or off - in rooms and you didn't do it, you can bet it's her.
After each of my parents died I couldn't talk about them without crying hysterically until about 3 1/2 years later. Remember the good times and move at your own pace. It will get better!

I am so sorry to hear about Cathy. Just remember she is in peace now and watching over you and Adrian. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Just remember all of the good memories you had.
It sounds as though you are a great father to your son who needs you so much now!
