I made this cake for the nurses that took care of me during my Chemo...
1) Cake
2) Deborah, me, Cindi and Connie
I saw the cake in the Feb. Issue of Foodnetwork Magazine.....
Thought you might want to see it???????

Thank You!!! It was really easy to make.....
They didn't want to cut it...........
People always forget how important nursing can be and I just have to let them know they were so good to me and DH
Going to take my Hamburger Cake in this summer to them.....

Ok, Feb. Issue of Foodnetwork Magazine
1 box chocolate cake mix[ fix as directed]
2 tubs vanilla frosting
4 drops of yellow food coloring
1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
I used 1/2 cup od strawberry jelly instead of 16 oz bag of frozen strawberries
grated 3-tbsp. of white chocolate

Bake the cake in 2 8in. round.......Frost the one cake and take the other and make 3 meatballs with it.....
After icing the cake in white then add the yellow coloring to icing......then pipe on and around the meatballs
Add the jelly and then the white chocolate....
