Your cactus is beautiful. I keep waiting for mine to get buds on but none so far. Wish I had a green thumb like my mom. But I can keep the nurseries in business because I get to replace my dead plants all the time.

WOW, I have 2 Christmas cactus plants and they are not blooming. Your picture reminds me of the very large Christmas cactus my mom had in an old crockery jar, which was covered in blooms. Thanks for sharing.

Mine are blossoming too. One white, one deep pink and one salmon color. An early Christmas present for me.

Mine is in full bloom now, also. I leave it outside on the front porch all summer. When it starts getting cooler, as in about 50º, I bring it in, and it almost always puts out tons of blooms at that time. Then it blooms again for Easter LOL. One year it bloomed continuously from Thanksgiving to Easter, and one year it had not one flower. I didn't treat it any differently.

ours is just full of buds... and will burst open soon and double that size... we have had it for years.... so pretty and yours is also...
