My hubby is putting up the christmas village while he is watching the Pats Game...Go Pats!! the snow is the batting that I used on my first quilt...before I knew what warm and natural batting was...it makes good snow.

Christmas village.

Nice that you have a window to put them in. I have to try to spread mine out on a 6' record cabinet. But I do it every year. I bought the new Joanne's store house this year. I have a shelf in my sewing room with all quilt shops on it, and now the Joanne's store too. :)

I was visiting my dad a few years ago in FL when his neighbor came over with a christmas village set he no longer wanted...asked my folks if they wanted them...then asked me...I said I would be I could not bring it on the plane...my folks surprised me with them when they drove up for the summer...I found 4 more houses at a yard sale...and then a collection of lighthouses.. so for about 10.00 total I have a little village... ; )
