I would say Murphy's oil soap. It cleans and brings out the natural wood

I would go in after a cute cabinet, to be sure. I climbed right in a dumpster to save a sewing machine. I had it serviced and donated to one of my guilds. We teach kids to sew at summer camp, so it only gets used one week out of the year.

This was in the basement of my building where we leave big items for garbage collection. I was wondering about cleaning it to make sure there are no germs or critters.

Give it a really good scrub with the Murphy's and let it try in the sun if possible, then wax on, wax off, and enjoy! Oh and before and after pics, please!
