Clock time of postings?
Ok, I'm going to ask a really silly question......i get the digest sent to my email, then I expand from there, but anyway, the posted time is usually around 5am (Illinois). I usually read tween 7-8am, but I notice posting times of recent (today) are wee small hours of the morning times....are you all really up at these hours or is this site on Zulu time or something? Just need to satisfy my curiosity.

I use the main board for reading but assumed the different posting times were from different time zones since we are international. As for the daily digest, perhaps it is posted by computer at low traffic internet times?

Heres a perfect example...on my original post it reads at upper left 3:01am....I actually posted at about 7:01am....I'm reading from home page, not digest....hmmmm

I think it has to do with the time zone you have in your settings. Your original post shows as 4:01 am on my screen and I am in PST
You are 3 hours ahead of my time zone but your postings shows what the actual time is in my time zone ... does that make sense?
You can go into your QB settings / general settings to confirm you have the correct time zone selected.

Maybe the time is what the computer that posted it says. And that time can be set by the user so maybe some just have an odd time and they don't bother changing it. And user could be anywhere as we are international.

Further edited: you say "Heres a perfect example...on my original post it reads at upper left 3:01am....I actually posted at about 7:01am...." but I see that you posted as 7:01 am ??

Ok EDT is an hour ahead of CDT (my time). The original poster and reader may be on different time zones and that is why it shows the way it does.
