Default Cross Stitch Finished

Last month I had tooth pain that lead to a root canal. So, I dug out a half-way completed cross stitch project that I started about 4 years ago. (Everything else was is storage while we built our new home.) Well, once started again, I felt that I must finish it! It has kept me from binding my latest finished quilt. Now, finally, I can return to my quilt! BTW, I will never attempt something so advanced again!

Oh, I love it!

After years (decades!) of not cross stitching, I've been doing a bit. At least the supplies don't take up as much room as those for quilting.

Do you know the name of the pattern? This would look nice in our winter home.

I used to do counted cross stitch in my younger days, yours is so pretty and I know the time they take.

You did a wonderful job on it! Are you going to hang it or incorporate it into a quilt?
I hope your tooth is feeling better by now.

I plan to have it professionally mounted. It was time-consuming.

The dolphin one I'm working on now is so old that the company gives address and asks you to mail any questions!

That's gorgeous, Aashley! I cross stitched in the 80's, but now I only hand embroider, occasionally, aside from quilting. I admire your lovely work.
