Symptoms: Congestion (chest and head), coughing, difficulty breathing, headaches, achy body (achy body has gotten worse in the past 24 hours). Sore throat has gone away for the most part.

I'm gonna start trying everything. Seriously. Thanks!

Vitamin C - keep it out on your counter and take one morning, noon and night for a few days!

Ibuprofen for the aches, NeilMed's Sinus Rinse for the sinus troubles (works amazingly well!), Vitamin C, and lots of liquids!

SOmetimes I think that the thought of the home remedy kicks our mind in high gear (as in mind over matter) and we get better because we don't want to endure these godawful concoctions. In my German forum they make a hot onion broth with honey. Supposed to work.

I have also heard of the raw onions ... except soaked in vinegar.

I also use a small piece of fabric that has vicks vapor rub on it and pinned it to my collar of my night shirt.

But I guess it depends on what your symptoms are ...

Hope you are feeling better soon!

Hugs, ;-)

You can buy it at a health food store. It is with the vitamins. It is a huge immune system builder.

Feel better!
I make my own. I have also put it in a nebulizer for breathing treatments for bad chest congestion and I also make a colloidal silver ointment. It's great for scrapes, cuts, burns, pimples and one lady has been using it on her face and dark pigmentation has disappeared. It will also get rid of skin tags. The uses are countless.
