I am so excited, just had to tell someone. My DGS whom I have custody of plays peewee football for his small private school. They have 3 teams, peewee, JV, and varsity. The school is grades k - 12. Anyway, tonight was their first game. Although they lost 12 - 6, my DGS caught the touchdown pass, recovered 2 fumbles, and made numerous tackles and runs for yardage. I am so proud of him that he did so well as he absolutely loves the game. All the boys did a great job especially since they only have 13 players and they have to play both offense and defense.

Thank you, I just had to indulge myself in a little brag. Yes, he is hoping to play college ball someday. Roll Tide Roll I hope. He's only in 6th grade but already has a list of the requirements to be a student athlete.
