Love the shirt!!! Too cute!!! I must say, however, that it just might be time to get another machine so you can each have your own. Then you could sit side-by-side and stitch away!!!

My DH knows almost as much about my machine as I do. and when it comes to downloading designs he knows more. I Love sharing my sewing toys with him.

How great is that? I like the Embroidery Library patterns too. I have many of them. Tell your husband he's one in a million and enjoy sharing your hobby with him.....Wonder if my hubby would like to play on my embroidery machine.....don't know if I can share though.......

I really think it's "his" and I just get to baby sit it during the week. He picked it out and has used it the most...however, I have downloaded the designs and get to do the "hooping". He'll learn though and then off he'll be running for sure.

Since we've had it less than 2 weeks, the newest will wear off once the weather is nice and we both will do boating or goldwinging.

Gorgeous work but you should have been suspicious of him when he insisted that you buy it. He was the one who really wanted it. But hey if it keeps him busy and making beautiful things and he lets you use it once in awhile, go for it. Jan

Starts the story of "my" new machine....

My DH worked on a shirt for me for over 2 hours on Saturday. It is the cutest shirt with "Fishing Tweets" on the front of it.

He clipped all the jumper threads as it changed colors (all 28 thread changes!) and then clipped all the threads off the back.

I'll wear it on Tuesday (the the Strippers & Hookers meeting) so I can show off his handiwork to them too.

By the way...it's "My" new machine but the DH has made all but one of the projects on it so far. He really enjoys relaxing this way it seems.

He is such a sweet lovable guy....I'm soooo dang lucky.
How T*W*E*E*T
is that shirt !!
Hubby is a K*E*E*P*E*R

Hey! Nothing like a man that can sew and does. He has done a great job. I would like equal time on the machine thou. Be proud to wear that shirt anywhere.
