you are right it is Sunday Monday and Saturday And now I might be able to convince my father to stop taking a regular Bayer aspirin every day.He drinks at least 8 pots of coffee a day and even a paper cut turns into a kitchen 'terry cloth' towel in the trash can -as he always said to us The older they get the harder it gets. He'll be 89 in a month.

Thanks Ditter, these were some fun facts. I'd love to hear from anyone on the Board from Iceland to confirm that tipping is an insult, that one is hard to believe.

Ditter, you're something! Don't know if I ever thanked you for something I "borrowed." I deliver meals on wheels in our community, and one elderly lady likes to greet me with a trivia question and "stump" me -- every time I come. I surprised her last summer with a printed out sheet of your puns. She thanked me over & over the next time I came . Such a simple gesture of sharing your humor brought her so much joy!

I've never heard of the Iceland tipping thing, but I do know that it is an insult to tip in Japan (My aunt is from Japan) I found a worldwide tipping guide http://www.magellans.com/store/article/435 for those of you planning to travel to Iceland or where ever in the near future
