I do the math. Some important items in my quilting room are paper, pen, and a calculator, never go without them.

I do the math; I was very good at math; just wish I'd paid attention in 'geometry' class. Could never quite 'get it' but figured, "I'll never use this". Big mistake.

I do the math. Sometimes I have pages full of figuring as I calculate this way and that. Charts and tables tend to overwhelm me and are never quite what I'm looking for when I'm planning a quilt. Bring on the fractions!!

I do the math. The only chart I use is Bonnie Hunter's for the setting triangles for quilts set on point. Other than that, I like doing my own calculations.

I hahahahah do the math!!! I struggle mightily. The only math I know is drug math! I can figure out your dose for medication. When I do mathematics for quilting. I am in trouble haha. But I always try and then discuss with my H who gets a little glassy eyed. Somehow I do eventually figure it out.

I usually do the math myself, but then like to check myself with a chart.
