I have peanut butter everyday! and it's chocolate peanut butter. It is powdered peanut butter you mix with water and 2 TBSP has only 45 calories. You can find it on Bell Plantation website. A very guilt free pleasure that I enjoy after losing 140 pounds.

i'm addicted to Cap't Crunch, and i figured out why, when i'm in alot of pain, i want to scream, so crunching helps, but 3 weeks ago, i cracked my tooth on capt crunch, dh says i can't eat any more if they don't pay, so i've been sneaking it.

Salt...sour...crunchy...sweet...addicted to it all...and wish I had more willpower to not eat so much that isn't good for me and more of what is.

Actually as long as you have just a bit, peanut butter on celery really is a healthy snack!

LOL! no way! we had a vasectomy, hysterectomy, and am currently on birth control pills! Triple protection!

Why are you taking the birth control pills????

If anything, after a hysterectomy, if it was total with the ovaries removed also, then estrogen would usually be prescribed...but I would seriously consider stopping the birth control pills because of the potential clotting issues.

Just my two cents...not meant to offend or meddle.
