I take fish oil and it helps. Some people genetically produce a lot and they really have to be careful. It is almost like a diabetic diet. Nothing white and red meat once a week.

It always seem odd to me that insurance will cover meds for cholesterol, but won't pay for programs that will help get it under control. That makes no sense to me.
