Sounds a lot like CroKnit which is knitting with a double ended crochet hook.

I am one who has to try every craft that comes along. I knit and crochet, so I though the Knook looked interesting. I haven't done much with it. I played with it for a while, but my knitting/crocheting background keeps getting in the way. I can knit and crochet much faster, so I can't seem to stay with the Knook for long. It seems awkward to me. If I had not been a knitter/crocheter, I would probavly like the Knook. I'll probably try it again some day, but for now I have too many quilt patterns I want to try.

So many quilts---So little time.

I have a KNOOK set....I haven't used it a whole lot but I have tried them out. I have always wanted to learn to knit...and the one attempt I made to do so resulted in new cuss words being invented and knitting needles being thrown across the room...looking back now I should of aimed them at the ex instead of at the wall....LOL

I knit and crochet, and I checked this out as I thought I would buy it. However, as I watched the tutorials, I decided it would be more bother than fun, so I decided to forget it. I'll be anxious to see how you like it.

I have to admit I've never heard of this craft before. Going to look it up and read about it. Sounds like it may be interesting?

Because this is so much like CroKnit I tried it. I've developed trouble with my wrist and cannot crochet for any period of time and I NEVER could knit very well. It does make very heavy fabric.
