Do you take walks each day? We all need our exercise!
I have been trying to walk 2 times a day about 1 1/2 miles total per day.I have a shih tzu dog and he loves to go for a walk with me. We can walk out our back yard thru the farm field to get to side road.If I say do you want to take a walk, he gets excited!

Let's all get motivated and walk each day!

I try to go for a walk each day... but when I go I go as far as I can and then walk back... my record is about 7 miles a day... 3.5 to the destination and 3.5 back. But since I haven't done a thing all winter... I'll hvae to work my way up.

I jsut really like the walk from my house to lake st. (3.5 miles away) Once I cross over North Avenue (idk how far that is but it's not too far) There are big houses... and I really really like the big houses. I'd love to live in one... but then I'd have to change from going into teaching to something else... unless I bag me a rich guy! lol... you never know it could happen! I'll be happy though with whatever I get... the school district i hope to teach in pays real well... so, we'll see.

No, but I really need to!!! Currently I have a torn meniscus in my right knee and walking is quite painful. I need to get that fixed so I can walk again. The family went to Sea World a couple weeks ago and I had to use a wheelchair!!

We're up early, 4:00 am, and walk close to 2 miles Monday thru Friday. We hope to get up to around 5 miles per day.

I walk at least 2 miles a day. It's 1/2 mile just from my car to my office. And another 1/2 mile from one end of the building to the other, which I walk at least once a day.
